Blessings

Do you ever have 'current favourite songs'? I do. Basically I find a song that I really like, then listen to it over and over again, and then go 'round singing it at the top of my voice. Then, of course I hear another nice song, and it becomes my favourite, and so on. Anyway, my current favourite song at the moment is called 'Blessings.' I really like the words...

We pray for blessings, we pray for peace
Comfort for family, protection while we sleep
We pray for healing, for prosperity
We pray for Your mighty hand to ease our suffering
And all the while, You hear each spoken need
Yet love us way too much to give us lesser things
